🔅Béatrice ENGELER (WBA) returns home with two medals in the Senior category:
🥇 1ème in tricks
🥈 2ème in slalom

She finished with excellent results in the Open category:
5th in slalom
6th in tricks

Report from Beatrice Engeler :

" The competition in Chartres was great. I know the place and the boat very well because I train there every year. We had very good conditions every day. The weather was good and so was the water, although it was always a bit windy.
In the senior women's category, there were only two of us again. My competitor is stronger in slalom and I am stronger in tricks. I scored 1300p in the elimination round and 1460p in the finals, which is my personal best. I was able to show everything I can do.

I didn't do so well in the slalom in the final. I fell during my forward run and couldn't make up the missing points.

In the open category, I hoped to make it to the final in the tricks. Unfortunately, I crashed on my backward run before I could even do the first trick. That meant I didn't have enough points. Surprisingly, I made it to the final round in the slalom and had a good forward run. But I crashed on the backward run because I took a bit too much of a risk. I'm very happy with my points in the tricks and am looking forward to the Masters in September." 

Unfortunalety, Raoul MEYER could not ski finally because of an injury during trainings.
