The IWWF and organisers, the  Italian Waterski & Wakeboard Federation, have made the decision to postpone the 2021 IWWF World Wakeboard Championships to July 2022.

This decision was made in consultation with the IWWF President, IWWF European Confederation President, IWWF World Wakeboard Council and IWWF Medical Committee.  With the global pandemic still affecting international travel, which will impact participation significantly, and the uncertainties of organising an event in 3-months time, it was decided that postponing the event to July 2022 is the best course of action.
